Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi,
To resolve this issue, please try checking the following:
1. Check your subscription status
Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services
Sign in and confirm if your subscription is marked as overdue or expired
Select Pay now or Renew
2. Verify your payment method details
Make sure the billing address matches your bank records exactly
Check if your bank is blocking the transaction (some banks do this for security)
3. Try a different browser or InPrivate mode
Open an InPrivate/Incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N) then sign in and attempt the payment again.
4. Remove and re-add the payment method
Go to your Microsoft account payment methods, remove the existing card and then add the card again with correct details.
5. Try a different network
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out network-related blocks
6. Check for account or region mismatch
Make sure your Microsoft account region matches your payment method’s billing region.
If the issue still persists after these steps, it’s possible the payment is being blocked by your bank or by Microsoft’s billing system. In this case, please contact your bank first to check and authorize the transaction. If the issue is not on their end, you can then reach out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
