How to download my certificate for AZ-800 Exam?

I passed the AZ-800 exam (Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure) and can see it marked as "Passed" in my Microsoft Learn profile.

However, I am unable to access my Certificate.

When I click "View details on provider site", I am either redirected to a Pearson VUE registration page or back to Microsoft Learn instead of seeing my exam history or certificate download link.

It appears my Pearson VUE profile is not properly linked or a duplicate account exists.

Please help me locate and link my correct Pearson VUE account so I can download my certificate.

For AZ-800, the certificate is managed through Microsoft Learn, not directly from Pearson VUE, and the legacy Certification Dashboard download option is no longer available.

Use these steps to access and save the certificate and your transcript:

1. Verify the certification is awarded
   • Go to the Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certification page to confirm that AZ-800 is one of the required exams and that all requirements are met.
   • If only AZ-800 is passed and the full certification requires AZ-800 and AZ-801, the certification certificate will not be available until all required exams are passed.
2. Access certifications and certificate view
   • Sign in to the Learn profile using the same account used to schedule and take AZ-800.
   • Open the profile menu → Credentials → Certifications.
   • Locate the relevant certification (for example, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate once both AZ-800 and AZ-801 are passed).
   • Select View certification details.
   • Use the Print option in the browser or page UI and choose Save to PDF to create a local copy of the certificate. Direct certificate file download is no longer supported; viewing/printing and saving as PDF is the supported method.
3. Use the Learn transcript as proof
   • From the Learn profile, select Transcript in the left column to see all completed certifications and exams.
   • Use Share link to generate a shareable online transcript link, or use Print and select Save to PDF to download a copy that can be attached to emails or kept for records.
4. Pearson VUE account linkage and exam visibility
   • The Certification Dashboard referenced in older guidance has been retired; certification and exam status are now surfaced through Microsoft Learn.
   • If AZ-800 appears as Passed in the Learn profile but the associated certification or certificate is missing (after all required exams are passed), or if there is suspicion of duplicate/incorrectly linked accounts, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review and fix account linkage and exam records.
   • For missing certifications or exams:
     • Confirm the correct Learn account is being used (personal vs. work/school, or multiple MSAs).
     • If still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for remediation.
5. If the certificate still does not appear
   • If the certification should be awarded (all required exams passed) and it is not visible under Credentials → Certifications, or the print option is not available, submit a support request to Microsoft Credentials Support as described in the Q&A references so they can:
     • Merge or correct duplicate profiles.
     • Ensure the Pearson VUE exam record is correctly associated with the Learn profile.
