My azure flexible database for PostgreSQL has been down for 2 hours with the following message:

The server is currently in 'updating' state. Please wait for the operation to complete. You can refresh to check status. Reach out to Microsoft support if the operation is taking too long.

I can't find a single place ot create a support request, or to contact Microsoft support and this is mission critical for our business. Where on earth can I find support to get this resovled?

    Hi Chandler Folkerts

Our PG Team has investigated the issue and taken corrective action.

The PostgreSQL service containers were restarted at the platform level, which allowed the server to recover from the stuck Updating state. The server has now transitioned back to Running status, and all containers are reporting a healthy state.

Please verify from your side that the server is now accessible and operating as expected. If you continue to notice any issues, let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further.
