Can't remove my credit card from payment method

Hello, I added my new credit card in payment methods but I want to claim Xbox PC Gamepass which came with my new device, however when I try to get it, only my old card pops up which no longer works, I tried to remove it from my payment method BUT I had an Azure Account with that card which has been blocked due to inactivity, now it's telling me that I must remove my card from Azure however i can't login to azure, Please help me.
