Hi Bharath Chandra Kare. Thank you for posting here in the Microsoft Community. I understand that you are unable to schedule the AZ-400 certification exam since you are encountering an error when adding your address, which is preventing you from proceeding. I'll let you know what caused this error message, and I’ll guide you on what to do next.

Just to let you know that the error message that you are receiving when you are trying to schedule the AZ-400 certification exam is because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.

After Pearson VUE confirms that the block has been cleared, everything should work as expected.

Thanks for reaching out today. I hope this helps you.

The error shown when submitting the address details before being redirected to Pearson VUE is typically caused by a Pearson VUE account block (often due to multiple failed payment attempts). In this situation the Learn site cannot complete the hand‑off to Pearson VUE and shows an “unexpected error.”

To resolve this and proceed with scheduling AZ‑400:

    1. Contact Pearson VUE support so they can check and remove any block on the account. Use the Pearson VUE contact link provided from the Microsoft Certification support page: https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport
    2. After Pearson VUE confirms the block is cleared, return to the AZ‑400 exam page, choose Schedule with Pearson VUE, and repeat the registration steps (enter address, phone, and email, then submit).
    3. If the problem persists even after Pearson VUE confirms the account is unblocked, open a case with Microsoft Certification Support from the same support page so they can investigate the Learn profile and scheduling flow.
