The 500 error from the pvuetransfer endpoint occurs while Microsoft Learn is handing off profile data to Pearson VUE. When this happens, the scheduling flow cannot complete on the Learn side and must be handled by support.

Use the dedicated Microsoft Certification support channel so the Learn/Certification team can investigate the failed transfer and help complete the registration:

    1. Go to the Microsoft Certification Support / Learning portal referenced for exam and certification issues.
    2. Create a support request under the Certification/Exams category, including:
      • The exam being scheduled.
      • The time and date of the failed attempts.
      • A screenshot of the error (like the one provided).
    3. If the issue is related to a Pearson VUE account block (for example, due to multiple failed payments), support will direct to Pearson VUE to remove the block before scheduling can continue.

If Pearson VUE is involved (for example, if an account-wide block is suspected), contact Pearson VUE support using the channel indicated from the Certification Support page so they can verify the Pearson VUE profile and clear any restrictions.
