can't transfer from Microsoft learn website to Pearson VUE to reschedule exam

Hi,

I can't reschedule exam due to transfer process failed from Microsoft learn website to Pearson website. got 500 error from api that transfers from MS learn to Pearson

any idea I can reschedule from Pearson side instead of transferring?

    Hi all,

    The error somehow disappeared after I change my laptop system time zone settings.

    Are you seeing ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK in the URL when you try and schedule the exam?

    ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.
