The error shown during exam scheduling is typically caused by a Pearson VUE account block, often due to multiple failed payment attempts.
To resolve this:
ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK and request that they remove the block.If the problem persists even after Pearson VUE removes any block, open a case with Microsoft Certification Support from the same https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport entry so they can review the certification profile and scheduling flow.
