Windows 11 Home, Version 25H2, OS build 26200.7922, Windows feature experience pack 1000.26100.300.0

It downloads then attempts to install the abovementioned update. The installation stops and returns the error codes given above. I have tried to install this update since 3/21/26 when it first came out.

I have tried the troubleshooter (which says there are no issues), I have tried to download the update and run it manually but this also fails in the same way.
