I understand you’re seeing the Copilot announcement pop up every time you open Outlook, and it feels like old, unwanted news at this point.
I’ve tried to reproduce this on my side, but so far I haven’t been able to trigger the same behavior. To help me investigate further, could you please send me a screenshot of the announcement you’re seeing, just share it with me via private message so we can take a closer look?
Could you let me know what type of email account you have configured in the Outlook app (for example, Exchange Online, IMAP, POP)?
Which Outlook license/version are you currently using? (For example: Microsoft 365, Office 2021, Business, Personal, etc.)
