Microsoft exam renewal

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,
I would like to ask about an issue I am currently experiencing with renewing my Microsoft certification.

I originally passed my certification (Azure Data Engineer Associate) exam two years ago, and last year—before its expiration—I successfully renewed it. As a result, my certification is currently valid until April 2026.

However, at this time, I am unable to access or take the renewal assessment again. I would like to understand why this option is not available to me yet, and whether there are specific requirements or timing restrictions for renewal eligibility.

I would appreciate your guidance on this matter and any steps I should take to ensure my certification remains active.

The Azure Data Engineer Associate certification and DP-203 exam were retired in March 2025.

Once retired a certification cannot be renewed.
