I cannot open my Outlook for daily business emails

I use Outlook on a daily basis to receive emails on our ******@cleanpackaging.co.uk address, but it is not allowing us to open the file, but gives us a strange message

    Can I get a bit more information when you say "gives us a strange message", best way is to provide the exact error that appears on your device.

    Next, what file are you referring to, is this an attachment from a specific Email?
