To capture a photo and send it back using Microsoft apps on a mobile device, use either Outlook or Microsoft Teams, depending on what the service company requested.

Option 1 – Send a photo by email with Outlook (Android/iOS)

1. Open Outlook on the phone.
2. Start a new email (compose).
3. Tap the Camera icon in the compose window.
4. Take a picture of the furniture; the image is inserted inline in the email.
5. Enter the service company’s email address and any message text.
6. Tap Send.

Option 2 – Send a photo in Microsoft Teams Free (Android/iOS)

1. Open Microsoft Teams Free and go to the chat with the service company (or the person handling the repair).
2. Select the camera button next to the Type a message box.
3. Swipe to select Photo.
4. Tap Capture to take the picture of the furniture.
5. Use on‑screen options to crop or edit if needed.
6. Select Send to share the photo in the chat.

If the service company needs multiple angles, repeat the capture steps for each photo before sending.
