in 2022 Id got new Dell Latitude PC laptop - booted up + MS pops up edge or one n makes it look like need to signup to open browser - it's only $12 - Id thot was 1 time bu month later it took 12 more - then Id got too bizzy forgot about ti +5 months later sent emails asking 4 my $80 back coz never used MS anyway - every month sent them my bill bu they didn't do noth coz bill gATES iz Greedee BadTurd !! -- how do we get em back w/out sueing in court ?

Edge is a free browser, it does not require a subscription, that subscription may be for the Microsoft 365 version of the Office apps.

If you are unable to find the subscription, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.
Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

Select Microsoft 365
Click 'Get Home Support'.
In the box provided, type billing.
Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.
Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.
Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
The charges described are almost certainly from a Microsoft subscription with recurring billing turned on. To stop future charges and try to get money back, follow these steps:
