Certiport Certification Not Loaded

I am not sure what to do but one of my MOS Exams was done through Certiport (their customer service is pretty poor) and it does not show on my Microsoft Account. I would like to have this on here and unsure if there is any way to get that loaded into my certification history on the Microsoft side.

    MOS exams taken through Certiport do not currently sync into the Microsoft Learn profile or appear in the Microsoft Certification Dashboard. They must be managed and shared separately from the Certiport account.
