Paid for Microsoft 365 on February 28th

Paid again for Microsoft 365 on March 22

in the amount of $152.25

Cancelled one subscription but I now no longer have access to Microsoft 365. I could not download it nor could my husband.

What can I do to download for what I have paid for

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Other

    Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser
