    You're most welcome.

I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support as they can possibly "Suspend" the account permanently once they have confirmed that the account can no longer be recovered in order to prevent the hacker from using it.

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Microsoft 365 sign-in problem" > Click "Get Help" > Scroll down and select the option "Sign in to contact Support" > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Account Profile Questions > Confirm > then select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

Based on your description, the hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address, which is why you received the error that your account was deleted whenever you attempted to sign in.

Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Minecraft Support regarding your Minecraft account if they can provide an alternative option:

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Follow these steps to try to recover the hacked Microsoft account that is linked to Minecraft and to protect everything else:

    1. Use the official hacked-account troubleshooter
      • Go to the Microsoft hacked/compromised account guide and start the sign‑in helper tool: Start.
      • Enter the email or phone that was originally associated with the Microsoft account used for Minecraft.
      • The tool will either give self‑service options (like password reset) or a path to contact an agent.
    2. Run through the hacked‑account recovery steps
      • Follow the steps in How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account:
        1. Make sure the device is clean (scan for malware/viruses) so attackers cannot immediately re‑steal the account.
        2. Change or reset the Microsoft account password as soon as sign‑in is possible. Use a strong, unique password.
        3. Review account settings such as connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies to remove anything the attacker added.
    3. If sign‑in or reset fails
      • If the recovery form or sign‑in helper says the account does not exist or recovery fails, and the attacker has replaced the security information, there is no other supported method for Microsoft Support to restore access to that Microsoft account.
      • In that case, contact Minecraft Support separately about the Minecraft license to see whether they can help with game access using the purchase details and evidence that is available.
    4. For future protection
      • After regaining access or creating a new Microsoft account, immediately:
        • Add multiple security proofs (phone, alternate email).
        • Turn on two‑step verification.
        • Regularly review Recent activity on the Security basics page and mark any activity that is not recognized so Microsoft can help secure the account.

If the account ultimately cannot be recovered through the official process, Microsoft cannot manually delete or restore it outside that process; all actions must go through the automated and documented recovery flows.
