When I connected pearson Vue they told me they see two profiles with same email. And told me to connect microsoft to merge them

When I connected Pearson Vue for some other issue they told me they see two profiles with same email and all the info. And told me to connect to Microsoft to merge them. How can I get it done. I am not able to find any Microsoft chat support. I have also scheduled an online exam not sure about its impact. They told me it might cause issues with scoring later on.

So, how do i get the ids merged?
