continual microsoft authenticator requests

I am getting authenticator requests probably 20-30 times a day - some I will click into and say "deny" the majority of them just time out.

I went into the security center to see if I could tell where they are coming from, and that page is just completely blank (activity). What can I do to see the activity, and then maybe block where these are coming from?

    Hi Mathew,

    Thanks for the question.

Consider checking "Recent activity" at https://mysignins.microsoft.com > reviewing sign-in logs > resetting the password and signing out of unused devices.

The activity page could be blank because of sync issues. Consider signing out and back in, clear browser cache.

If it still shows blank, you may have to request for a backend check by Microsoft support, or your IT admin (in case of work account).

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further queries in the comments
