Hey,
after a complete hardware change (mainboard, drives, cpu, garphics card, RAM) i wanted to reactivate windows, but i got error 0x803fa067 . Tried to change the product key manually but it also didn't work out. Tried the option "I changed hardware on this device recently" but my old Windows (Pro) was not shown. In my account the device is shown (also with the right version: Windows Professional). Also did the "Get Help" dialog but to no avail as my installation id was not getting accepted either?!
If anyone has tipps on how to solve this issue i would be garteful.

How did you obtain your license initially?
Did it come with the device preinstalled, or did you purchase it?
If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party? Also was it purchased as a full license or upgrade license?
Is it originally a Win7/8 key?
I definitely purchased it seperately from the PC, but i don't know anymore if it was from Microsoft or a third party. It was originally a Windows 10 license.
What do you mean by full/upgrade license? I had the PC for like 5 or 6 years first normally with Windows 10 and upgraded to Windows 11 two years ago or something like that.
Upgrade license is half the price of the full license for Pro. It allows you to upgrade from Home to Pro, but Home edition must be already activated. Full license doesn't rely on the Home edition status. The reason I asked that is, if this is indeed an upgrade license, then after motherboard changed, the home license could have been voided if it was an OEM license, then you cannot use the Pro license, you need to sort out the Home license first.
Can you go to your Microsoft account https://account.live.com > Order history, change the date filter all the way back, then see if you have the Windows 10 license purchase record? If you find it, tell me the price you paid, that would give me an idea if it is full or upgrade license.
