Ho do I fix my Hotmail account? It will send emails but on receives junk mail. I have received emails in three days.

To help narrow down the issue:
- When you say “only receive junk mail,” do you mean you are still getting emails but they all go to the Junk folder, or you are not receiving any emails at all except spam?
- Also, are you checking this on Outlook web, app, or phone using a personal Hotmail account, and when did this start?
