Help with new account

Question

My old microsoft accont got hacked. Microsoft said its not possible to get it back so here i am with a new one. I want o ask if it will be possible to get all things from old one to new one for free. Like microsoft office and Minecraft . Those things really meant much to me. I had my old account for like 4-6 years . I will really want to get my minecraft capes back. Is it possible? Anything that was purchased on the account that got compromised cannot be transferred going to your new account as it is tied-up to the account and for your Minecraft capes or account, you can check this with the Minecraft team via https://aka.ms/Minecraft-Support/ to see if they can provide alternatives or options that you can go through.

If Microsoft has confirmed the old Microsoft account cannot be recovered, there is no supported way to transfer ownership of that account’s purchases (Microsoft 365/Office, Minecraft, Store purchases, capes, etc.) to a new Microsoft account for free.

For hacked or compromised accounts, the only supported path is to try to regain access to the original account using the official recovery and hacked‑account tools. If those fail and Microsoft has closed recovery options, support cannot move licenses or content to a different account.

The only remaining options are:

1. Make one last attempt to recover the original account
   • Use the official hacked/compromised account flow: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
   • Use the Sign‑in Helper: Open the Sign-in Helper for support options or hacked account issues.
   • If the account still exists, you can also try the account recovery form and provide as much detail as possible (old passwords, contacts, subject lines, etc.) as described in Help with the Microsoft account recovery form.
2. If recovery is definitively impossible
   • Microsoft consumer support and the automated systems cannot transfer purchases or Minecraft entitlements from a permanently lost account to a new one.
   • For Minecraft‑specific items (like capes), only the account that owns the licenses can use them. If that account cannot be recovered, those items cannot be moved.
