    Hi, I'm John!

    To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you using a personal Microsoft account (Outlook/Hotmail) or a work/school Microsoft 365 account?
    2. How did you add the email in Outlook, was it added automatically or did you set it up manually (IMAP/POP/Exchange)?
    3. When you open your inbox, do you see any error message at all?
