i had to reset my laptop this morning and now I cannot access my microsft 365 apps. please help me. I don't have my certificate or whatever it's called to update my account

You can reinstall office by following the steps below:

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

Sign in using the Microsoft account associated with your license.

Locate Microsoft Office and click Install.

This will download the Office installer.

Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

After installation, open any Microsoft 365 app like Word or Excel.

Click Sign in and enter your Microsoft account used for the subscription.

Once signed in, the apps should automatically activate.
