An amount of R9,999.00 was deducted from my Old Mutual bank on the 24th March, 4h16, in the morning. I did not authorised this transaction as I have already paid for the renewal of the licence for 2026. I keep on getting the message from my screen that my Win 365 is expiring, in spite of the payment already made for 2026. The message says " that my licence is expiring on the 26th March 2026". Why, also every year, I have to suffer with the licence rewal. On the renewal this yea,r I lost all my data on my labtop desktop, lost my Gmail account, calender, address-book and email adressess. I had to cancel my meeting on the day when I had to hold the staff meeting. My you also help me to restored all my Gmail account in the from the Classic Outllok, the new outlook will not even switch to classic Outlook. This format (New Outlook) is so difficult for me to work with it. May I also get my second refund (R9,999.000) deducted from Old Mutual bank without my concern. Please stop the message that I must renew my licence as it expires on the 26 March 2026, because I have already paid R1,999.00, on the 19th March 2026. Thanking You, A very, very, very angry customer. [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]  (Mr.)
