URGENT: Pearson OnVue Technical Issue - Case # 36440571 - AB730 Exam

Hello, 

My Microsoft AB-730 exam was scheduled today 25-March-2026 at 8:30 AM CLT, At the exam time and while trying to start the exam my laptop failed the OnVue test. and even though I tried all mentioned steps I wasn't able to fix the issue, I contacted support through chat and they advised that a case was opened (Case ID: 36440571) and that someone should contact me within 24 hours, 

I need your support on the following please:

  • Rescheduling my exam
  • Resolving the technical issue I'm facing so I can take the exam successfully

I remain genuinely interested in complete my learning journey and obtaining the certification as I need it for my work, and I really appreciate your urgent support.
