Does right-clicking and choosing Unpinning from Start not work?

I had this "7-Zip File Manager" and "7-Zip Help" icon on top of my start menu.
It looks like 2 installer but when I click it does nothing.
Also there is an "Other" folder at the bottom of my start menu, which contain another "7-Zip File Manager" inside.
How do I get rid off both the icon and the folder?

In Windows 11 these are just Start menu entries (shortcuts). Remove them from Start like any other pinned or listed app.
If the entries are only in the All apps list and not pinned, they are part of the installed app list and cannot be hidden individually through built‑in options; uninstalling 7‑Zip would be required to remove them entirely from All apps.
