I mistakenly purchased Office Home 2024 and need a refund

Four days ago, I mistakenly purchased Office Home 2024, thinking it contained Publisher. I paid $179.99 but I HAVE NOT installed it. I have been trying to get a refund within one hour of purchase. I cannot get to a customer service representative on the 1 800 642-7676 phone number. The AI just gives me a web address. I have tried everything. I am going to the bank to report FRAUD and get this cancelled, even if it means being issued a new bank card. This is ridiculous! Help me with a refund

You will need to cancel the subscription first in order to request a refund.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:

-Go to https://account.live.com and sign in to the account you used to make the purchase.

-Go to Services and Subscriptions.

-Choose the subscription you want to cancel, then click Cancel.

-Review the page, and if you're sure you want to proceed, click 'I don't want my subscription' to cancel.

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. Make sure to complete the cancellation to avoid further charges.
