Wrong date format

My Microsoft Forms profile locale is stuck on en-US.

Tenant and user settings are UK, but new Forms still show M/d/yyyy.

Classic Forms settings pages return 404.

This requires a backend Forms profile locale reset to en-GB.

Hi, when did you first notice the date format change in Forms?

Forms follows your account language and region from your Microsoft 365 profile, so update it by going to your account settings at office.com, open My Account, then Settings and Privacy, then Language and Region, set display language and regional format to English United Kingdom, save, then sign out of all sessions and sign back in. If it still shows M/d/yyyy, ask your admin to check your Microsoft 365 profile region in the admin center and update it there, since Forms uses the service profile and not tenant defaults.
