Unable to view scheduled exam in my profile

Question

I have taken the AZ900 examination. However, I cannot see in my profile. After checking with Pearson VUE, I was told that I have dual account and need Microsoft to merge both accounts into 1. May I know how can i initiate that?

To merge the two Microsoft Learn profiles so the AZ-900 exam appears correctly, use the built-in Learn profile merge process:

1. Decide which Learn profile to keep as the main one (for example, the one that should hold all future certifications).
2. Sign in to that main profile on Microsoft Learn.
3. Go to your profile Settings:
   • Select your profile icon (top-right).
   • Select Settings.
4. Under Account Management, select Add login account.
5. Sign in with the other login account that Pearson VUE used for your exam (the second profile).
6. Because that login is already associated with a different Learn profile, this will trigger a profile merge.
   • All learning progress, credentials, and transcripts from the second profile will be merged into the signed-in profile.
   • You will still be able to sign in with all login accounts.
   • Duplicate content will be removed.

Important notes:

• Merging profile data cannot be undone.
• Only one personal Microsoft account can exist across the merged profile, and there is a limit of five work/school accounts. If the merge exceeds this limit, the merge will be canceled and you must remove some work/school accounts before trying again.
• After the merge completes, check your Learn profile under Credentials → Certifications to confirm that the AZ-900 exam and certification appear.
• If the exam or certification is still missing after the merge, contact Microsoft Credentials Support for additional help with missing credentials.
