Login Window for excel will not populate

I have been trying to log in to my excel app for hours with no success. Every time i click the login button it loads and the login screen goes blank. I have tried everything, uninstalling microsoft 365, deleting old credentials, online file repair through control panel. nothing works. PLEASE HELP I NEED TO WORK.User's image

    Hello, does the blank sign in window happen in Word too?

    Remove cached sign in data, go to Control Panel, Credential Manager, delete all Office and Microsoft entries, then go to Settings, Accounts, Access work or school, disconnect any account, restart your PC, open Excel, go to File, Account, and sign in again. If still blank, go to Settings, Apps, Microsoft 365, Advanced options, then run Online Repair.
