    Hi,

    I understand that you were charged for your Microsoft 365 subscription on your Discover card, but your device still shows it as expired.

    To better understand the issue:

    1. Are you signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase the Microsoft 365 subscription?

    You can check it here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

    1. Can you check if your Microsoft 365 subscription shows as active in your account and confirm whether the payment is recorded?
    2. Which device and operating system are you using (Windows, Mac, iPad, etc.)?
