Merging or moving credentials from old MS work account to personal account

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

I recently left my employer and lost access to my corporate email address. My Microsoft Certification profile and all my earned certificates are tied to that work email.

I need assistance unlinking my old corporate email and merging my certification history to my personal Microsoft account. Could a moderator please open a Private Message with me so I can securely provide my account details and verify my identity?

It will not be possible to transfer certifications. You will need access to the email account associated with your Learn profile

This is why you are strongly encouraged to add a personal account to your Learn profile to prevent the situation you now find yourself in
