New Google Pixel 10 Pro XL has an Outlook 365 App which does not allow for a "monthly" view on the calendar.

I use Outlook 365 for email and calendar. On my prior Samsung Android phone it had a 1-day, 3-day, agenda and monthly calendar view. My new Google Pixel 10 Pro XL has the app but it doesn't show a monthly view. I make a lot of appointments, and I really need that monthly view. Someone downloaded another Outlook 365 and that version does have a monthly view, but I can't get the emails and existing calendar dates to migrate over to this other Outlook app?? No one at Verizon support was able to help me and I've been working on this now for 6 days. Help.

    Hello !

Firstly, make sure Outlook is up-to-date on your phone. You can check this in the Google Play Store.

Then, open Outlook and go to the Calendar view. The button is hidden next to the "search" button. Take a look at this screenshot :

You have to click on this button, and then select the monthly view.

Looking forward to your answer !

On Android, Outlook’s calendar views and features are defined by the Outlook for Android app itself, not by the phone model (Samsung vs. Google Pixel). The context available only documents how to sync and view calendars, not how to enable or restore a missing “month” view on one device when it exists on another.

    From the available information:

    1. Outlook for Android can sync and expose calendars to the device’s default Calendar app. On the Pixel, enabling this lets the Google Calendar (or other default calendar app) show a full month view even if Outlook’s own UI does not:
      • Open Outlook on the Pixel.
      • Go to account Settings > Calendar.
      • Turn on Sync calendars.
      • Then open the Pixel’s default Calendar app and use its Month view to see and manage appointments. Changes will sync back to Outlook for supported accounts (Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, and hybrid modern auth on-premises).
    2. If calendar and contacts are not syncing correctly between Outlook and the phone/tablet, the documented guidance is:
      • Ensure the account is set up with Exchange ActiveSync (not POP/IMAP) if using a native mail/calendar app.
      • If still having trouble, contact Microsoft 365 admin (for work/school accounts) or Microsoft support for Outlook.com/Outlook app issues.
    3. If a needed feature (such as a specific calendar view) is not present in Outlook mobile, the guidance is to submit feedback so it can be prioritized in future updates. See “How do I give feedback on Microsoft Office” from the Outlook mobile troubleshooting article.

Given the context, the practical path on the Pixel is to:

    • Use Sync calendars in Outlook for Android and rely on the Pixel’s default Calendar app for a full month view, or
    • Continue using the Outlook mobile app but use its supported views, and submit feedback requesting a month view if it is missing in the current build.

The context does not provide a supported method to “migrate” data between two different Outlook Android apps beyond normal account sign-in and sync; calendar and email data are tied to the account configuration, not to a specific Outlook APK.
