MS-102 certificate issue

I completed my MS-102 exam on 23 rd. and completed 48 hours. but still i didn't get my certificste in my micorosoft account

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. Exam results and certifications can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab of the Learn profile for most exams. Since more than 48 hours have passed and the MS-102 certificate is still not visible, follow these steps:

1. Confirm the exam is associated with the correct Learn profile and login account:
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
   • Open the profile menu (top-right) → Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
   • Verify whether the MS-102 exam result and the related certification appear there.
   • If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (work/school and personal), sign out and try each account to see which one has the exam result.
2. Verify that the required conditions for the certification are met:
   • MS-102 is the required exam for the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification.
   • This certification also requires at least one prerequisite associate-level certification (for example, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator, or Information Protection and Compliance Administrator).
   • If the prerequisite certification is not yet earned, only the MS-102 exam result will appear, not the Administrator Expert certificate.
3. If the exam result or certificate is still missing after confirming the correct account and prerequisites, contact the dedicated credentials support team:
   • Use Microsoft Credentials Support at the link provided in the context to open a support ticket so they can check the exam record and fix any profile or credential issues.

If the exam was taken through Certiport (student/educator channel), note that such credentials do not appear in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed through the Certiport account instead.
