Help linking an older Microsoft profile to my Learn account

Hi, I’m trying to connect an older Microsoft certification profile to my current Microsoft Learn account. The older profile uses this ID: 2777080.

I’m unable to access the previous portal where these records were stored, and the current support links redirect to non‑credential pages. Could a moderator please help escalate this so the older profile can be associated with my current Learn account?

Please email me if you have any question or need more information.

Thank you.

Thank you for the information. The issue is that the Microsoft Credentials Support link you provided (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support) redirects to Services Hub, which does not support certification profile issues.

I cannot access the old MCP account, and the legacy MCID (2777080) has not been migrated into my current Learn profile. Since the official support channel is unavailable, could you please escalate this case internally to the Credentials Support team?

I can provide any additional verification details if needed.

Legacy Certification Profiles (with IDs like the one provided) have been retired and migrated into Microsoft Learn profiles.

To access those historical certifications now:

    1. Sign in to the Learn profile using the same personal Microsoft account that was used for the old Certification Profile.
    2. Go to the Learn profile page and select CredentialsCertifications to view migrated certification data.

If the certifications from the old profile are not visible after signing in with the correct account, or if the original account cannot be accessed, direct assistance is required from Microsoft Credentials Support. Use the official support channel to request help with missing or mis-linked certifications and provide the Learn username and any details about the old profile:

If multiple Learn profiles exist under different login accounts, it may be necessary to:

    1. Sign in to each possible account at the Learn profile page and check Credentials.
    2. If the legacy certifications are found on a different Learn profile, perform a profile merge by adding the other login account under Settings → Account Management → Add login account. This will merge learning progress and credentials into a single profile, and cannot be undone.

For complex migration or profile issues related to older Certification Profiles, questions can also be raised via the training and certification support community at the contact link provided in the program update:

Direct email contact from moderators is not supported; all assistance is provided through the official web support channels.
