Hi Nicole, Microsoft stopped providing Product Keys some time after Office 2019 was first sold. In other word Microsoft no longer provides Product Keys for Office. Not only that they no longer provide access to the licence Product Key at Services and Subscriptions of the Microsoft Account associated with Office, found at: https://account.microsoft.com/services Microsoft still provides a copy of the licence key there for Office 2013 and 2016.

Hi! Usually, no, not if you bought Microsoft Word online directly from Microsoft. Microsoft uses your Microsoft account as the license, so there may be no separate 25-character product key shown to you. Instead, you install it from your account’s Services & subscriptions page and activate by signing in.

You may receive a product key if the purchase came as a retail card, boxed copy, or certain third-party purchase formats.

One-time purchase (perpetual) Word/Office: A product key is received and can be redeemed at https://www.microsoft365.com/setup or viewed in the Microsoft Store order if bought there.
