    Greetings!

This is Tin, I understand that you would like to transfer your subscription to your new account. However, it's not possible to transfer a subscription to a new one, but the good thing is you can just cancel the old subscription from the old account and just purchase to the new one.

To cancel subscription or just wait for it to expire, if you wanna cancel it, you can go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in your old MS Account.

    Buy MS Office 365

    https://www.microsoft.com/EN-US/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products?icid=MSCOM_QL_M365

Note: If you have a lot of files that is saved to your Onedrive, please make sure to back it up first or save it to your device before cancelling your subscription.

    Thanks,

    Tin

Subscriptions themselves cannot be transferred between different Microsoft 365 home accounts. Data and settings must be moved manually, and the old subscription then cancelled.

To move to the new account:

    1. Purchase or activate the Microsoft 365 subscription on the new account.
    2. Manually move data (email, OneDrive files, SharePoint content, etc.) from the old account to the new one using two browser sessions (for example, Edge + Chrome, or normal + InPrivate window) signed into each account separately.
    3. After confirming everything works correctly on the new account and all needed data is copied, contact customer support to cancel the old subscription.

    Details for manual transfer:

    • Use two browser sessions to sign into old and new tenants/accounts.
    • Manually transfer:
      • Administrative settings between subscriptions
      • SharePoint team site structure and data
      • Any public website content
      • Users’ data (mail, files) between subscriptions

Once the new subscription is confirmed working and data is moved, the old subscription can be cancelled via support.
