Regarding Non-Receipt of Certificate for DP-900 Certification Dear Sir/Madam,

I have successfully completed the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) certification exam on 26 March 2026 at 8:45 AM.

However, I have not yet received my certificate. Below are my details for your reference:

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab especially over the weekend. Exam results and certifications typically appear in the Certifications tab of the Microsoft Learn profile within 24 hours after the exam. Certificates are not sent only by email; they are accessed and downloaded from the Learn profile once the exam provider has posted the result.

To verify and obtain the certificate:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same account used to register for and take the DP-900 exam.
2. Select the profile name (top-right) → Profile.
3. Go to Credentials → Certifications and check whether the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification and its badge/certificate are listed.
4. If the certification is visible, use the options there to view/download/share the certificate.

If the certification or exam result does not appear after 24 hours, or if it is associated with a different account, follow these steps:

1. Confirm that the correct Learn profile is being used (no secondary work/school or personal account). If multiple accounts exist, sign out and try each possible account to see where the certification appears.
2. If the exam was taken through Certiport, note that those certifications do not currently sync to the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed directly in the Certiport account.
3. If the certification is still missing or the accounts need to be merged or corrected, contact Microsoft Credentials Support and open a support request so the support team can review the candidate and registration IDs and fix any profile or credential issues.
