If the spinner persists for an extended period or the manual camera controls do not reappear, please try the following initial troubleshooting steps:
1/ Leave and rejoin the Teams meeting
2/ Check Teams camera settings
Ensure the correct camera is selected
3/ Restart the Teams Rooms system
4/ Update firmware
- Rally Camera
- Touch controller
- Teams Rooms app
