I am writing to report an issue I am facing while trying to register for my certification exam using my Accenture ID.
After entering my details and proceeding to the Pearson VUE page, I encounter an "Unexpected error" message, which prevents me from completing the registration process. I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists.
This is quite urgent, as I have an exam voucher provided by Accenture that is set to expire within the next few days. Due to this error, I am unable to proceed with scheduling my exam.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible so that I can complete my registration before the voucher expires.
