Certificate renewal deadline expired

Hi

I missed the deadline to renew my Azure Solutions Architect Expert certificate. Is there any way to request an extension? If so, what is the process?

The renewal period is open for 180 days before your expiry date. The renewal window cannot be extended or reopened. There are no exceptions.

My certification expired. What happens now? If your certification expires, you must earn the certification again by passing the required exam(s).

There is no way to renew a Microsoft role-based certification, including Azure Solutions Architect Expert, after it has expired.

Role-based and specialty certifications are valid for one year and must be renewed before the expiration date via the free online renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn. After the certification expires, it cannot be renewed and must be re-earned by passing all required exam(s) again.

There is no process to request an extension once the expiration date has passed.
