Issue logging into my Microsoft Account

Please i'm encountering issue logging into my Microsoft Developer Account.

Here is what happened , i usually use Microsoft Authenticator App as my 2FA to log in but because i had to reset my phone due to some technical issue, i removed the 2FA App from my account and changed it to receiving otp code to number because i knew if i didn't change the authentication method to method and i reset my phone i will lose access to the Microsoft Authenticator App, so i changed to so i can still have access to my account until my phone has been reset then i can go back to 2FA App, but ever since i did that and cleared my browser cache so i can re logon and get code to my number but have been unable to log in, i keep getting this error:

    Hello Marvelous Omotoso

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
