How do I print off sales invoice for my annual charges

Tax invoices are not available in real time. They usually appear within 48 hours up to 5 days after the purchase. Once available, you can download it from the Order details page in your Microsoft account billing history.

If personal account:

You can download it directly from your Microsoft account:

• Sign in to your Microsoft account order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
• Adjust the date range to include the purchase date.
• Locate the order (amount, date, or product).
• Click "Tax invoice" next to it.

The invoice will download as a PDF, if it doesn’t appear right away, please check your browser’s downloads folder or history.

To print a sales invoice (receipt) for annual Microsoft charges, use the Microsoft account order history page:

1. Go to the order history page: account.microsoft.com/billing and sign in with the Microsoft account that was used for the subscription.
2. Select Payment & billing > Order history.
3. Under Refine, choose the appropriate order type and date range that covers the annual charges.
4. Find the relevant charge with status Completed or Redeemed.
5. Select Order details for that charge.
6. On the order details page, select Print. Alternatively, use the browser’s print function (for example, in Microsoft Edge, right‑click the page and select Print).

This will give a printable invoice/receipt for the selected annual charge.
