I am completely locked out of my Microsoft E 365 Business email account and its been 24hours, my company is not able to communicate with anyone via email. I spoke with Data Protection Team 24hrs ago and was informed to contact Godaddy, However Godaddy explained that the email address was switched over to Microsoft in September of 2025 and Godaddy isn't able to assist, was informed to contact Microsoft 365 E. I have not heard back from Data Protection Team, please someone contact me soon. Our business is impacted.
