Tag not monitored by Microsoft.
Blocking from commenting on MSN articles is controlled entirely by MSN’s own moderation systems, not by Microsoft Edge, Windows, or Microsoft Q&A.
Common reasons this happens:
- MSN’s automated moderation (AI bot) has flagged the account or recent comments as violating, or potentially violating, community guidelines.
- The account may have been temporarily or long‑term restricted by MSN’s internal systems.
There is no way in Microsoft Edge or Windows 11 settings to remove this block, and Microsoft Learn Q&A has no ability to change MSN comment permissions.
To proceed, use MSN’s built‑in feedback channel so the MSN team can review the restriction:
- Open any MSN page where article comments normally appear.
- Go to the bottom right of the MSN page.
- Select Feedback.
- Explain that commenting has been blocked on all articles, for how long, and that the account previously could comment.
- Submit the feedback so the MSN team can investigate.
If there are also sign‑in or security issues with the underlying Microsoft account, those must be resolved through the standard Microsoft account recovery and verification flows, but the ability to comment on MSN articles still depends on MSN’s moderation and feedback process.
