Dear @Underhill, Rachael L,
I understand your concern about identifying who created a booking and when it was created in Microsoft Bookings. At this time, Microsoft Bookings does not provide this information in the Bookings interface or in the exported Bookings report. The report only includes the scheduled appointment date and time, along with service and staff details, but it does not record or display the booking creator or the creation timestamp.
From an administrative perspective, the only possible way to investigate this is through Microsoft 365 Audit Logs (via the Microsoft Purview portal). In some cases, audit logs may capture booking-related actions along with the user account and the time the action occurred. However, this data is not guaranteed for every booking, may appear under general Exchange or system activities, and is intended for investigation purposes rather than regular reporting.
If tracking booking ownership is a business requirement, we recommend implementing an internal process, such as limiting who can create bookings or documenting the creator in internal notes when bookings are made.
Your feedback has been duly noted and is highly valued, as it provides with essential insights to continue improving and refining the products and services in the future. In this case, I sincerely recommend you go to Feedback community to vote this similar feedback: (find out similar feedback, if not provide the feedback forum link Ideas · Community). Our product team is in charge of the site, and they constantly check customer reviews and feedback. The higher votes, the more attention the related team will pay on. And a lot of the features are developed and improved based on customer feedback.
Please notice and accept my apologies that as moderators in the community, we are not supported for the product design and have limited resources for the advanced info for Microsoft products.
