Now an Old chat that was there, and I updated it by renaming it is no longer there!!! What is happening??

A chat thread I created today in Copilot disappeared from my sidebar without warning. This wasn’t an old conversation — it was an active same‑day chat, and its disappearance caused loss of work and interruption to my workflow.
Please investigate why this occurred and confirm whether the missing chat can be recovered. I’d also like to know what steps are being taken to prevent active conversations from vanishing
It has been happening since yesterday 03//25/2026.

2026-03-26T19:23:39.4+00:00 These show the line exists one second ago. I refresh the browser Google Chrome OR the mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy S24 and the line no longer exists.
