Received bill and cannot find on MS to pay

I am receiving a bill from Microsoft with and invoice number. The phone support is non existent. I cannot find a way to get help with the invoice because every route goes nowhere. I just want to find a way to pay the invoice.

Are you using a personal Microsoft account or a work or school account?

Are you able to sign in here: https://account.microsoft.com/services Do you see the subscription or invoice listed there?

If it’s not showing under Services, check this page as well: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

Sometimes the invoice is tied to a different account, especially if it’s a work or old email.
