Microsoft Authenticatior App PowerBI Account Sign in Issue.

Hi Team,

I am unable to sign in to my Power BI account (xx.onmicrosoft.com). It is asking for a verification code from the Microsoft Authenticator app, but I no longer have access to the app or the registered device.

I tried all available options like "Sign in another way", but all methods still require the Authenticator code.

I do not have admin access to reset MFA.

Kindly help me reset my multi-factor authentication (MFA) or remove the existing Authenticator setup so I can regain access to my account.

    Hello Kesavan P

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.
